Who are we?

ActBeyond assists organisations to deliver the right projects, in the right way, at the right time, while helping them to minimise waste of valuable resource and maximise benefits.

Based in the South East of England, we are driven by our directors’ passion for:

contenthead Excellence in service delivery
contenthead Client focus to meet organisational need
contenthead Integrity and transparency
contenthead Flexibility and pragmatism

We have extensive expertise in IS project and programme management, and new product development, having delivered solutions for large charities, membership organisations and blue chip multinationals.

Our senior consultants’ experience has been gained working with corporates such as Accenture, British Gas, J.Sainsbury, Nestlé, Grand Metropolitan and Abbey National as well as Not for Profits including the NHS, Help The Aged and Barnardos.

What makes us different?

Every problem has a solution. We concentrate on making projects happen.

We specialise in helping organisations to deliver projects which span their whole operation and quite often partner organisations too. But because we always put customer need first, we will apply the same rigorous methodology, often using PRINCE2 principles, to each of your projects be they single, multiple or part of complex programmes. Whether you need ad hoc project management or full co-sourcing support, our approach mitigates the risks inherent in using multiple individual contractors, ensuring that you have:

contenthead On demand access to specialist skill sets
contenthead Knowledge continuity, short and long term, but with continuous input of fresh ideas
contenthead Quality assurance at each stage of the project
